Management team strengthens with two new additions
Think2Speak are delighted to announce Alan Searle and Matthew Stringer have joined the award winning social enterprise's management team. The two new directors bring a wealth of experience and knowledge as the organisation heads into an exciting period of expansion.
'Think2Speak are working towards a period of ambitious growth, and it’s with great delight that I accept my position on the board of directors with a view to strategic partnerships and funding to help enable this growth. Being a business owner, and having previously worked in the private and social enterprise sectors for many years, I have considerable knowledge building corporate social responsibility partnerships with International Public Limited Companies brands; stakeholders and local community leverage in change partnerships fields as critical as communication, physical & mental health. Whilst we look to forge partnerships with corporations strong on social responsibility, we can ensure young people and those that work with them are equipped with the tools and techniques needed to mindfully negotiate life’s many challenges whilst also strengthening a brands signature and appeal' Matthew Stringer
'It is a real privilege to be joining the Think2Speak Board of Directors. Lizzie and I have worked closely together in the past, so to be asked to be a part of the team, by such an inspiring person is an honour. We will be driving our vision forward and we are excited and confident in our teams ability for continued growth and expansion.' Alan Searle, Performance Psychologist
'The organisation has achieved incredible successes in the two years since I launched it in 2015, and I am delighted to have both Alan and Matthew join the Think2Speak board as we strategically grow and shape our plans for the future.' Lizzie Jordan, CEO and Founder of Think2Speak.
